I will explain how to develop a strategy and how to make customers feel attracted and return. To keep in practice this has to do a good marketing study throught the product, price, and promotion, these are the 4P's.

First of all, we have to analyse the public and customers that we will have in the casino. For instance young people who come into the casinos do not have much purchasing power as a man or woman of 40 years, we must take into account all these factors for our analysis.

Secondarily, we have to design a good marketig strategy to attract them feel comfortable with our services and return to the casino.

PRODUCT:

-We have to define what products we have to offer, for example 200 slots, 5 roulette rooms
-Specify our
type of consumer
-Describe the casino environment, for example if people go more by day or in the night, if is a luxury is or if is basic
-A marketing strategy is to place the box in a central location away from the output so that everyone can access it.

-The distribution of the machines in circles or diagonals
-Investing in the rooms decoration for
stimulate the playfulness customer

PRICE

-The price must be constant
-The price of the machine is determined by the time spent each customer in each game
- The objective is that the customer spend as much time as possible gambling

PLACE

-We have to find a centric and visible place, in this way allows for reduced spending on advertising and other services
- We have to take into account the accessibility transport to casino, trains, buses, taxis

PROMOTION

-Promote the casino for all the telecommunication ways possibles, for instance television ads,    magazines, radio, posters, flyers
-Promote the new mashines or new rooms of the casino to attract more clients
-Special campaigns such as specific dates or important celebrations
-Technological ads, for instance website, mobile advertisers, ipad

Casino "Flamingo" - the first legal institution in Kazakhstan

In 2007, Kazakhstan adopted a law "On gambling business," according to which the casino can be opened only in two designated areas, located in the cities and Kapchagai Shchukin. Soon there opened the first legal institution. One of them was the casino "Flamingo" in Kapchagai (Almaty region, 76 kilometers north of Alma-Ata).
Kazakhstan has taken drastic steps to fight the nation's gambling craze by ordering all gambling halls and casinos to move to just two lakeside towns.
The government measure took effect on 1 January, although construction is far from finished in both towns.
There seems to be plenty of discontent among the country's gamblers, but it is not expressed openly. President Nursultan Nazarbayev is behind the idea, and in Kazakhstan nobody argues with him.

Kazahkstan's new oil wealth has brought along a desire to spend and a major gambling boom. There are more than 2.000 gambling halls in the country.   But the president want to clean up Kazakhstan's gambling industry.

Description of the casino "Flamingo"

PORTER'S FIVE FORCES

Entry Barriers
An entry barrier for the casinos is the policies and regulations; the government may restrict a lot this entry. Moreover, operating in casino industry requires a high start cost, along with plenty of both fixed and current assets. Therefore, it is different for a new entrant to have license and also sufficient resources to entry in this sector.

Exit Barriers
Depending on the exit barriers the companies could stay much time in the sector, although, they are not happy into it. In a casino, the emotional barriers are big points to stay in the market. If you had loyalty with a client it is hard to avoid him.

Customers’ bargaining power
You should offer a unique casino. How you do that? Launching an action, game, performance… that differentiates your casino from the others.
What is important is that the customer doesn’t know all the information, and obviously, in a casino the player doesn’t know anything at all.
Your changes should be low too.

Suppliers’ bargaining power
Basically, the products that are needed for operating a casino are ordinary and general, so you can get the low prices between all the suppliers. In fact, it is quite difficult for the supplier to enter in the gambling industry. Suppliers have to differentiate their products and fix a low price.
You have to seek something that has the same characteristics than the product you need but maybe is not exactly, but the price is lower.

Existence of substitutes
The substitutes are those products which have characteristics like our product but are not exactly. Nowadays, there are a lot of casinos in the world so, a lot of substitutes. For example, in Las Vegas, if you don’t like a casino you can choose another. Casinos have to over point beyond the others.
Moreover, we have to talk about Internet; that it is the most common supplier for the casino industry.

It is clear that there is a lot of rivalry in this sector. We have to fight to be the best ones. Don’t forget that it is a growing industry so the rivalry will grow with the pass of the time.

The entry barriers may be important for the regulations; here in Spain we have a strict regulation. What are not important are the exit barriers because there are just a few. Depending on the entry barriers the rivalry will be higher or lower but important too.
Consumers will depend on the existence of substitutes and the suppliers’ power will be less to because it hasn’t important costs.
The substitutes are those most important because the consumer can switch in an easier way.
In conclucion, the casino industry has been forced to search alternatives as theme parks, conventions, hotels...
